Last week the trainee-Sunday-Czech said it “… isn’t always easy but it is always worth it”. I’ve thought about that phrase all week and so from now on I’m only doing things ‘worth it’ whatever they may be. Oh I am still a “human trampoline” (“flying, flying, or tumbling in turmoil”) but sometimes I think a day of angry “punk rock/noise rock” (or so I am told) is entirely necessary. As is ripping everything from my walls, changing my sheets and eating eating eating.
